Keren Tosfos Yom Tov is a global initiative promoting the significance of silence during tefillah. In memory of the Tosfos Yom Tov, acclaimed for his position on the matter and writing of the Mi Sheberach to honor those who complied — those who refrain from talking in shul experience great bracha and yeshua.
